Tim Bonner, co-founder of BonnerSargent Green Homes, has specialized in eco-friendly and sustainable buildings since 1990. Not long after graduating from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington, Tim went on to found Bonner Associates Constructors, a full design-build firm that has built numerous homes, churches, and commercial structures in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. His building resume includes hundreds of satisfied clients and completed projects, some of which are available to view in the online gallery. Bonner Associates Constructors is a certified member of the Dallas Builder’s Association, Texas Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Bonner Associates Constructors is also a member of the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, Greater Southwest Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Oak Cliff Salvation Army Advisory Council. Additionally, Tim hosted a weekly call-in talk radio program called Construction Talk Radio, or “C-Talk Radio”, on KHVN 970 AM from March 2009 to September 2017. C-Talk Radio was dedicated to educating the Dallas-Fort Worth community about home improvement, construction, green and sustainability initiatives, and the enhancement of the quality of the built environment.
